In strict accordance with the requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Prevention and Control of Solid Wastes and relevant laws and regulations, establish a sound hazardous waste management system, take measures to prevent and control environmental pollution of hazardous wastes, collect and store hazardous wastes by categories, set up hazardous waste signs, formulate a hazardous waste management plan and establish a hazardous waste management ledger, and implement hazardous waste disposal in strict accordance with the Management Measures of Hubei Province for Transfer of Hazardous Wastes.

Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy Statement
Hubei SunWin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is aware of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold (collectively, "Conflict Minerals") originating in conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries (collectively "the "Democratic Republic of the Congo"), Trading with other minerals (eg cobalt, mica, etc.) may support serious human rights violations.
As a concerned corporate citizen, our policy is to use only compliant minerals including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo". To comply with this policy, we have developed and implemented conflict minerals procedures that comply with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) due diligence. These procedures require our suppliers to exercise reasonable due diligence to ensure that their products do not contain conflict minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo conflict zone and other conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and to provide written proof of the following:
To the extent practicable, provide SunWin with extracted minerals to raw materials containing such minerals.
Responsible mineral procurement documents, such as providing a complete set of Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), Cobalt Reporting Template (CRT), Mica Reporting Template (MRT) and other templates developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).
Suppliers shall provide a Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy Statement.
Provide additional documentation to ensure raw material compliance, including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo" laws.
SunWin will work with our suppliers to verify at least annually: (1) due diligence of the supply chain; (2) the accuracy of all documents provided to SunWin. When SunWin is unable to judge that the raw materials provided to us are compliant, including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo", we will immediately suspend cooperation with relevant suppliers until the risk is reduced to an acceptable range.
As a responsible company that maintains good business practices, our company strictly abides by the electronics industry code of conduct, only purchases materials from environmentally and socially responsible raw material suppliers, and requires our raw material suppliers to do business with their supply chain Reasonable due diligence to ensure that metals used in raw materials supplied to all customers do not originate from conflict areas.
