Hubei SunWin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is aware of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold (collectively, "Conflict Minerals") originating in conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its adjoining countries (collectively "the "Democratic Republic of the Congo"), Trading with other minerals (eg cobalt, mica, etc.) may support serious human rights violations.

As a concerned corporate citizen, our policy is to use only compliant minerals including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo". To comply with this policy, we have developed and implemented conflict minerals procedures that comply with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) due diligence. These procedures require our suppliers to exercise reasonable due diligence to ensure that their products do not contain conflict minerals originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo conflict zone and other conflict-affected and high-risk areas, and to provide written proof of the following:

To the extent practicable, provide SunWin with extracted minerals to raw materials containing such minerals.

Responsible mineral procurement documents, such as providing a complete set of Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), Cobalt Reporting Template (CRT), Mica Reporting Template (MRT) and other templates developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).

Suppliers shall provide a Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy Statement.

Provide additional documentation to ensure raw material compliance, including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals in the Democratic Republic of the Congo" laws.

SunWin will work with our suppliers to verify at least annually: (1) due diligence of the supply chain; (2) the accuracy of all documents provided to SunWin. When SunWin is unable to judge that the raw materials provided to us are compliant, including but not limited to "Conflict Free Minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo", we will immediately suspend cooperation with relevant suppliers until the risk is reduced to an acceptable range.
