►Student aid

Every year, the company issues grants to the children of employees who have been admitted to key high schools or institutions of higher learning, and at the same time actively participates in various scholarship and student aid public welfare activities in the society.

►Help the poor

The company designated a poverty alleviation package for Tianmen Village and Jinmai Village in Maishi Town, took one-to-one assistance measures, and went to two villages to investigate. Farming and breeding assistance and other methods have enabled farmers in these two villages to get tangible benefits. In 2019, it was awarded the "Targeted Poverty Alleviation Charity Award" by the Tongcheng County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Tongcheng County People's Government. Since the establishment of the company, it has been providing poverty alleviation positions, and people from poor families can apply for jobs. As long as they meet the basic conditions, they can be hired at any time and provide free technical training. At the same time, the company's trade union has set up a "special fund for employee care". For employees who have difficulties, as long as they apply, once verified, an indefinite amount of care funds will be issued according to the situation. ►Epidemic prevention and control

In order to ensure the supply of camera parts for communication equipment, SunWin took the risk and became the first company to resume work in our city besides directly producing medical security materials. Awarded the "2020 Outstanding Contribution Award for Fighting the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic" by the Xianning Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Xianning General Chamber of Commerce.
