As the only grassroots league organization in Xianning City to receive this honor, this accolade bears profound weight, embodied in the tiny precision camera modules, the late-night lights of youth task forces tackling technical challenges, and every day and night of innovative breakthroughs.

At Sunwin Technology, youthful strength always advances in step with cutting-edge optoelectronic technology. The company’s League Committee establishes league branches along the industrial chain and unites young league members around the innovation chain, with youth task forces charging toward core technical barriers.

During algorithm breakthroughs, confronted with over a dozen scattered algorithm modules such as AF and MTF across various projects, young core staff rejected the shortcut of purchasing external solutions. After six months of arduous work, they developed a standardized algorithm platform, cutting the lead time for new model launch from one week to one day. For equipment upgrading, they independently designed underlying control boards and fully self-developed motion control software, revitalizing idle outdated machinery and delivering simultaneous gains in production efficiency and precision. In AI inspection, the team worked on-site at production lines, labeling tens of thousands of defective images to build proprietary inspection models and supporting software. The deployed intelligent system replaces 60% of manual inspectors, building a robust digital safeguard for product quality.

From the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Science & Technology Competition to awards at Xianning Intelligent Manufacturing Contest, this youth team proves with solid achievements that technological innovation defines Sunwin’s young generation.

The value of this honor lies not only in technical prowess, but also in the pioneering sense of responsibility among young employees. Leveraging its organizational strengths, Sunwin’s League Committee calls on young core staff to take the lead in R&D breakthroughs and cost reduction. The semi-automatic testing machines, standardized algorithm platform and AI inspection system independently developed by the team have generated substantial direct and indirect benefits, efficiently translating innovative research into real productivity. Meanwhile, the League Committee prioritizes young talent development and optimizes the work of recommending outstanding league members for Party membership. In 2025, 50 outstanding league members were recommended as Party activists and 3 as Party development candidates, tempering more young talents into capable cadres under institutional cultivation.
