As the year turns and a new chapter unfolds, the SUNWIN Technology Group 2025 Annual Commendation Conference and 2026 Spring Festival Gala, themed "Illuminating the Intelligent World, Riding Together into a New Journey", was held simultaneously at the Tongcheng Base in Hubei and the Xianning High-tech Zone Base on January 18, 2026. The two grand events echoed each other, bringing together group leaders and all employees to celebrate this occasion. In an atmosphere of reviewing achievements, commending excellence, and welcoming the New Year, the company consolidated the firm strength to march towards a new journey.

 

 

The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Wang Fengrui, Senior Vice President, and Liu Ling, Vice President, presided over the meetings at the two venues respectively.

Liu Chuanlu, Chairman and President, and He Qisan, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President, delivered annual work reports at their respective venues. The reports systematically reviewed the company's achievements in 2025: strategically focusing on "Intelligence and High-end", the company won numerous honors including vivo’s "Quality Improvement Award", Chengyi Intelligent’s "Best Technological Innovation Award", and Ecovacs Robotics’ "New Force Contribution Award"; technically achieving key breakthroughs in underwater recognition and starlight night vision; consolidating the foundation with the upcoming commissioning of the Tongcheng Phase III Intelligent Workshop; and steadily advancing market expansion and talent development.

The reports clarified the development priorities for 2026: the company will focus on strengthening collaboration, promoting innovation transformation, deepening refined management, and enhancing talent development, marching solidly towards the goal of "Intelligence, High-end, and High-quality Products".

 

 

The subsequent commendation ceremony presented five major awards: Annual Outstanding Employee Award, Production Safety Award, Skills Innovation Award, Outstanding Management Cadre Award, and Outstanding Team Award. More than 300 outstanding individuals and multiple excellent teams from production, R&D, management, and other systems took the stage to receive their recognition.

Under the spotlight were craftsmen rooted at the frontline, engineers tackling technical challenges, production models safeguarding safety, management backbones leading teams, and special teams collaborating to overcome difficulties. Every award is a recognition of the value of the strivers; every round of applause is a response to the concept of "Three Wins Lead to Prosperity". The speeches by the award-winning representatives were sincere and touching, expressing their aspirations to grow together with the company and resonating with the entire audience.

Following the commendation conference, the Spring Festival Galas commenced simultaneously at both venues. The group’s senior management took the stage collectively to extend New Year wishes to all employees and their families, opening a warm prelude to the evening.

The Tongcheng venue featured a brilliant array of programs: the opening dance "Decorating with Lanterns and Streamers" was enthusiastic; the creative "Blanket Dance" was amusing; "Peach Blossoms Blooming" brought youthful vitality; the "Penguin Dance" was adorable; "Old Shanghai" was full of lingering charm; the solo "No More Hesitation" was inspiring; and the finale flag dance "The Elephant King Marches" was majestic.

The Xianning venue also offered a feast of entertainment: the flag dance "Ten Thousand Horses Galloping" was magnificent; the medley "Wow Quartet" was dynamic; the solo "Ambition and Aspiration" was impassioned; the gesture dance "Roll up Our Sleeves and Work Hard" showed great drive; the classical dance "Sending the Bright Moon" was soft and elegant; and the group dance "Come On Everyone" ignited the joyful atmosphere.

Interspersed with the performances were multiple lottery sessions, filled with suspense and laughter. Rich prizes including smart large screens equipped with the company's products, smartphones, smart watches, tablets, and the company's self-developed Tuying cycling recorders were presented, carrying the enterprise's gratitude and blessings to the employees.

 

 

Although the grand event has ended, the journey continues. To the melody of "Unforgettable Tonight", the company’s executives took a group photo with all the performers, freezing this moment full of laughter and warmth.

The struggles of 2025 have become a prologue, and the fruits watered by sweat have merged into the river of the enterprise's development. Looking ahead to 2026, the blueprint has been drawn and the course is clear. Based on the opening year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", all SUNWIN people will continue to carry forward the "Never Stop" spirit of struggle.
