On the afternoon of December 4, Yang Xiuwei, Deputy Secretary of the Tongcheng County Party Committee and Magistrate of Tongcheng County, walked into Hubei SUNWIN Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to give a special lecture on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee to the enterprise's grass-roots Party members, cadres and employees. Xia Xiaoyu, Director of the Management Committee of Tongcheng Economic Development Zone, presided over the lecture.

In his lecture, Yang Xiuwei emphasized the need to thoroughly study and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, accurately grasp the major arrangements made by the session, and effectively unify thoughts and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. He pointed out that the session made systematic plans around major issues such as advancing Chinese-style modernization and comprehensively deepening reform, and particularly released clear policy signals on aspects including developing new quality productive forces, building a unified national market, and promoting the growth and expansion of the private economy, providing private enterprises with broader development space and institutional guarantees

Combining with the actual development of Tongcheng, Yang Xiuwei put forward four requirements for enterprises on how to implement the spirit of the session: first, comprehensively and accurately grasp the core essence of the session, and consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee in ideology, politics and actions; second, keenly seize the policy opportunities brought by the session, especially the favorable measures such as the central government adhering to the "Two Unswerving Principles" and breaking down hidden market barriers, so as to strengthen development confidence and broaden development horizons; third, adhere to taking the development of new quality productive forces as the driving force, increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises towards high-end, intelligent and green development, and contribute to the county's construction of a high-end electronic component production base and a strong manufacturing county; fourth, continuously consolidate the foundation of internal management, carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, strive to be an industry benchmark, and aim to build a century-old enterprise with an evergreen foundation.

The lecture, featuring a distinct theme and rich content, integrates theoretical interpretation with practical guidance, and is closely linked to the actual conditions of the county and enterprises. It has important guiding significance for enterprises to grasp the general trend of the times and clarify the direction of development. The participants listened carefully and expressed that they would earnestly transform the learning achievements into a strong driving force for promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise.
