On the morning of September 2, Zhou Feng, Secretary of the Xianning Municipal Party Committee, led a delegation to inspect Hubei SUNWIN Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. He was accompanied by Huang Jianping, Secretary of the Tongcheng County Party Committee; Yang Xiuwei, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate; Liu Chuanlu, Chairman and President of SUNWIN Technology Group; and He Qisan, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President.

Secretary Zhou Feng and his delegation visited the company's exhibition hall and production center, gaining a detailed understanding of SUNWIN's development history, core products, technological innovation, and industrial layout. Chairman Liu Chuanlu focused on reporting the technical advantages and market prospects of production lines and products such as COB packaging, TPD testing, camera modules, and Tuying cycling recorders. He also introduced the company's subsequent plans for R&D investment, supply chain construction, and industrial ecosystem development.

Subsequently, Secretary Zhou Feng and his delegation went to the construction site of the ongoing Class 100 cleanroom project of SUNWIN's Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Center (Tongcheng Base Phase III), listening to briefings on project progress, production line layout, and intelligent manufacturing solutions. He emphasized that under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, the project construction should be accelerated to strive for early commissioning and effectiveness.

Secretary Zhou Feng fully affirmed the company's development achievements, expressed concern about the difficulties and problems faced by the physical manufacturing industry in employment, financing, logistics, and other aspects, and instructed relevant departments to take the initiative to provide services and targeted support. He pointed out that SUNWIN should take technological innovation as the core driver, continuously increase R&D investment, break through key "bottleneck" core technologies, improve the supply chain system, and constantly enhance product competitiveness and market share to strive for becoming an industry benchmark. Meanwhile, SUNWIN should give play to its leading role, attract more upstream and downstream enterprises to gather in Xianning, and inject new momentum into the high-quality economic development of the city.
