The conference was held via video link, connecting Party members from Tongcheng, Shenzhen, Xianning High-Tech Zone, Noida (India), and other overseas offices. Over 120 participants, including full Party members, probationary Party members, and Party activist candidates from four Party branches, attended the event. Additionally, Party and government representatives from Tongcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tongcheng County Social Work Department, and Dalang Sub-district of Longhua District (Shenzhen) were invited to participate. The conference was hosted by Comrade He Qisan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.

The conference began with the solemn national anthem. At the meeting, Comrade Du Huan led all participants in an in-depth study of three great spirits: the Dabie Mountains Spirit, the Flood Control Spirit, and the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Spirit. These spirits, like bright stars illuminating the path forward and spiritual treasures endowing boundless strength, embody the Chinese nation’s perseverance and courage in overcoming hardships. The Party class delivered by Comrade Liu Jianbin, First Secretary of the Party Committee, offered a profound ideological feast for all Party members. With vivid cases and insightful elaborations, he thoroughly interpreted the Party’s advanced theories and analyzed the responsibilities and missions of Party members. Like a beacon illuminating the soul, this Party class helped Party members clearly understand how to uphold their original aspirations and missions in the tide of the new era. 04 Welcome New Party Members to Continue the Red Bloodline

At the conference, Comrade Wan Dedong, Member of the Party Committee and Organization Director, read out the approval documents for the conversion of probationary Party members to full members and the acceptance of new probationary Party members. The addition of new members and the conversion of probationary members infused the Party organization with fresh vitality. Filled with boundless admiration and loyalty to the Party, the new members shoulder the responsibilities entrusted by the times, bringing new blood to the Party’s cause. Veteran Party members cast encouraging glances at them, passing on the red gene and continuing to write the Party’s glorious chapter.

05 Honor Advanced Models to Ignite Forging Ahead Momentum

The meeting announced the "Decision of the Party Committee of Hubei SUNWIN Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. on Commending Advanced Party Organizations, Outstanding Party Workers, and Outstanding Party Members for the 2025 'July 1st' Celebration". Two outstanding Party branches, four outstanding Party workers, and seven outstanding Party members were honored. Representatives of the awardees shared their work experiences and insights, expressing their determination to continue strictly demanding themselves to high standards and striving tirelessly for the Party and the company’s cause.

06 Leadership Speeches to Unite Development Consensus

Comrade Li Gang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Tongcheng County Social Work Department, delivered a speech. He highly praised SUNWIN’s achievements in Party building and put forward earnest expectations for the group’s future development. He encouraged the Party Committee to continue giving full play to the leading role of Party building, promote the coordinated development of the enterprise with local economy and society, and make greater contributions to regional economic growth.

Finally, Comrade Liu Chuanlu, Secretary of the SUNWIN Technology Group Party Committee, delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized that all Party members must implement the spirit of the speeches, resolutely uphold political integrity, courageously pursue innovation and development, seize opportunities to promote growth, and act with dedication and empathy. He advocated the "Five-Word Principle" of "strictness, meticulousness, depth, practicality, and efficiency" and prohibited the "Five Undesirable Behaviors" of "superficiality, perfunctoriness, evasion, procrastination, and dishonesty".
