Purple energy comes from the east to bid farewell to the old year; dragons dance and phoenixes soar to celebrate the new spring! Since the company's establishment, a large-scale summary and commendation conference and gala with varying specifications and forms has been held at the end of each year, inviting all employees to review achievements and commend advanced individuals and teams. However, this tradition was interrupted for three years due to the global pandemic that broke out on the eve of the 2020 Spring Festival. Now, as the pandemic recedes, all things revive, and spring returns to the earth, the company has continued to expand its scale. With the theme "Stride Across Thousands of Miles, Fulfill the Original Aspiration at SUNWIN", SUNWIN Technology Group's 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference & 2024 Spring Festival Gala was grandly held on February 4 (Beginning of Spring) and 5, 2024, at two venues: SUNWIN's Tongcheng Base and Xianning High-Tech Zone Base in Xianning. Colleagues from Tongcheng Company, Xianning High-Tech Zone Company, Shenzhen Company, Wuhan Company, East China Office, and North China Office participated on-site at either base, while colleagues from the India Company joined online.

The summary and commendation conference was hosted by Wang Fengrui, Senior Vice President of the Group and General Manager of the Marketing Center.

       First, He Qi San, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of the Group, summarized the company's overall performance over the past four years and put forward work requirements for 2024: 1) Promote positive energy and enhance the level of ideological and moral construction; 2) Increase R&D investment to make product innovation exceed customer expectations; 3) Efficiently attract and cultivate talents to boost the company's high-quality and innovative development; 4) Expand overseas business to improve the company's market competitiveness; 5) Deepen on-site management to comprehensively enhance the company's overall governance capabilities.

       Subsequently, the President's Office read out two documents: "Regulations on Building a Sunny, Healthy and Integrity-Oriented Business Environment with Supplier Partners" (SUNWIN Committee Document No. [2024] 001) and "Announcement on the Upgrade and Renaming of the Overseas Project Department" (SUNWIN Technology Document No. [2024] 002).

       At the award ceremony, 12 awards were presented in sequence, including Outstanding Employee of the Year, Technological Innovation Award, Production Safety Award, Elite Newcomer Award, Outstanding Cadre Award, Outstanding Project Team Award, Outstanding Management Team Award, Innovation Patent Award, 159 "Crossing the River Campaign" Achievement Award, Individual Outstanding Contribution Award, Team Outstanding Contribution Award, and Lifetime Honorary Outstanding Employee Award. A total of more than 300 outstanding individuals and teams were commended.

       Finally, Liu Chuanlu, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered a speech. He affirmed the company's achievements and progress over the past year and thanked all employees for their hard work. He emphasized that every employee who recognizes the company's core values, dares to take on tough challenges, and delivers results is a valuable asset to the company. He urged everyone to always maintain a sense of crisis and urgency that "standing still means falling behind", firmly seize the great opportunities brought by the electronic information era, nurture gains with sweat, forge ahead with solid actions, and create new miracles for SUNWIN!

       After the commendation conference, the 2024 Spring Festival Gala kicked off with the joyful and magnificent dance "Love Each Other". The "Morale Display" and recitation of "Standards for Students" inspired everyone, while dances such as "High-Spirited", "A Fire in the Colorful Universe", and "Happy New Year" ignited the audience. The creative dances "Dancing Youth" and "Spade A" were humorous and refreshing, bringing unexpected surprises. The skit "The Lazy Man Escapes Poverty" was close to life and criticized social drawbacks, and the magic show "One in a Thousand" amazed the audience... A series of programs presented an audio-visual feast, and rounds of games and lucky draws pushed the gala to climax after climax.
