　　 After the inauguration ceremony, Liu Chuanlu, Chairman and President, delivered a speech for the establishment of Wuhan Company. In his speech, Mr. Liu emphasized that the establishment of SUNWIN (Wuhan) Optoelectronics Research Institute Co., Ltd. is an important decision of the company and a milestone in its development. Located in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, a mega-city in Central China, the institute benefits from the zone’s reputation as "China Optics Valley"—a frontier for scientific and technological research in China and even the world, boasting unique geographical and talent advantages.
