A New Year Begins, Unfolding a Fresh Universe; All Things Renew, Painting a Grand Blueprint. 2022 was a year of unremitting struggle, forging ahead with determination, and perseverance. All SUNWIN people united as one, strived vigorously, acted with dedication, withstood pressure, and forged ahead courageously. To summarize achievements, commend advanced individuals and groups, and inspire all SUNWIN people to aim high, boost morale, and strive for greater success, SUNWIN Group held the 2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference on February 25th. The conference reviewed the work of 2022 and honored outstanding collectives and individuals who performed exceptionally in various tasks of the company over the past year. With Tongcheng Company as the main venue, the conference set up branch venues at Xianning Company, Shenzhen Company, India Company, Wuhan Company, East China Office, and Beijing Office, where all SUNWIN people celebrated together.

01. Summary & Outlook

         Mr. He Qi San，Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President, summarized the company's performance in 2022: first, dare to innovate and expand competitive advantages; second, transform and upgrade to break through development bottlenecks; third, courageously explore and build a global market. He also analyzed existing problems: first, imbalance between procurement and sales, excessively low selling prices and insufficient cost control; second, serious internal friction, with prominent "large company syndrome" in major business segments; third, lack of aggressive spirit and weak development in the intelligent product market; fourth, strengthen management and carry out various tasks accurately and effectively. Mr. He proposed to carry out all work in 2023 with the five-in-one "excellence" spirit: first, craft products with meticulous attention to detail; second, manage costs through careful calculation; third, control quality with relentless pursuit of perfection; fourth, delve into R&D with profound dedication; fifth, enhance management with continuous improvement.

         Next, Mr. Wang Fengrui, Senior Vice President of the Group, read out the "Decision of SUNWIN Group on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2022". Successively, awards such as the 2022 Excellent Employee Award, Safety Award, Skill Model Award, Public Welfare Activity Award, Innovation Award, Excellent Cadre Award, Excellent Team Award, and Market Development Pioneer Award were presented.

03. Planning & Striving

         Finally, Mr. Liu Chuanlu, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered a concluding speech. From an industry and strategic perspective, he comprehensively summarized the outstanding achievements and highlights of the entire company under the enormous pressure of economic downturn since last year, and put forward requirements and pointed out directions for doing a good job in various tasks this year. Mr. Liu mentioned three key points: first, elevate innovation to an unprecedented height; second, regard market development as the most critical factor for improving efficiency; third, place customer service at the top priority.
