From March 27th to 29th, 2023, Hyundai Motor Group held the China R&D Center Technology Exchange and Exhibition in Yantai, Shandong. As the only domestic supplier of automotive camera modules invited to the exhibition and technical exchange meeting, SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive arranged 7 colleagues from R&D and related departments to actively participate, aiming to fully showcase the company's latest intelligent automotive imaging products and R&D achievements.
Hyundai Motor (China) R&D Center
SUNWIN Group established the Intelligent Automotive Imaging Business Division in 2017 and set up Hubei SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. for independent operation, adhering to independent R&D and technological innovation.
It has independently developed high-definition automotive camera module products such as OMS, DMS, CMS, DVR, RVC, SVC, and AVM, which have successively achieved mass production after obtaining pre-installation designations from automobile manufacturers.
In early November 2022, it built one of the first domestic Class 100 cleanroom fully automatic In-line AA production lines for automotive cameras, covering 1M-8M specifications (for details, click to visit the news).
The products displayed by SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive at this exhibition include imaging palm vein recognition systems, automotive fingerprint module products, DMS systems, CMS systems, as well as pre-installed automotive camera products such as DVR, OMS, RVC, SVC, AVM, and ADAS-8M.
The picture above shows the introduction of some exhibited products. After two days of careful booth setup, the exhibition officially started on March 29th, 2023. During the exhibition, the exhibits of SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive attracted the attention of senior leaders and many experts from Hyundai Motor's R&D Center, with detailed product demonstrations and technical interactions conducted on-site.

R&D experts from SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive gave detailed introductions to the product principle and functions of the palm vein recognition system. They also enrolled the palm veins of interested leaders from Hyundai Motor's R&D Center, allowing them to have a more intuitive experience of the product. Meanwhile, they discussed the application scenarios of the product with many R&D colleagues, hoping to reach cooperation with Hyundai Motor on the palm vein recognition module as soon as possible and promote project implementation.

To enable customers to more intuitively experience the working principle and application of the DMS system on display, various features were visually presented on the display screen. On-site participating experts from Hyundai Motor could see their actions such as drinking water and yawning in front of the DMS camera quickly displayed on the screen, which intuitively reflected the product's functions. The experts were also informed of the current regulatory requirements and industry status of DMS. The professionalism of the R&D colleagues was highly praised by the customers.

To make the exhibition more warm and help experts from Hyundai Motor Group gain a deeper understanding of SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive's products, the company carefully prepared corporate brochures, customized mobile phone holders with the company logo as small gifts, as well as exquisite corporate tote bags and customized mineral water.
The exhibition lasted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this period, the booth of SUNWIN Intelligent Automotive received nearly 100 person-times of exchanges and interactions, successfully meeting the exhibition
expectations. At the same time, exchanges were conducted with some friends in the automotive supply chain industry, resulting in some "unexpected" cooperation opportunities.
The person in charge of SUNWIN's Automotive Business Division participated in the senior exchange meeting for participating suppliers organized by the organizer, conducting in-depth cooperation exchanges with the organizer.
