3. R&D innovation

Innovation is the first driving force for development. In 2021, the company will apply for 132 patents, including 19 invention patents.

Continuously increasing investment in research and development is the key factor for the sustainable development of enterprises, and continuous innovation is the only rule for enterprises to seek success! In 2021, the company established Wuhan Optoelectronics Research Institute in Wuhan Optics Valley, dedicated to the introduction and training of high-end talents, as well as the development of software and hardware, system platforms, and in-depth research and development of optoelectronic basic materials, image algorithms, image acquisition and applications.

4. Capacity building

1. Domestic production expansion and intelligent upgrade

Tongcheng County Phase III Construction

The third-phase expansion project of Tongcheng mainly produces image acquisition products such as Gaoqing mobile phone camera modules and intelligent vehicle modules. The project uses artificial intelligence technology to integrate industrial Internet, through integrated supply chain management (ERP/CRM/SRM), scientific research and development management (PLM), refined quality management (QMS), intelligent manufacturing management (MES/ WMS/EMS/APS, etc.), automated logistics management (AMHS) and other aspects to standardize the manufacture and production of photoelectric camera modules, based on building a smart factory.

Xianning Phase II Construction

The Xianning Phase II project mainly produces high-definition mobile phone camera modules and biometric fingerprint recognition modules, with a planned annual production capacity of 228KK, which will effectively solve the company's production bottleneck and improve market competitiveness. At present, the equipment has been installed and debugged, and it will be officially put into production on January 18, 2022.

2. Construction of overseas production bases

Due to the company's global strategic supporting development and the needs of serving customers nearby, SunWin Electronic established an overseas production base in Noida, Republic of India. The commissioning of all production equipment and factory facilities has been completed and mass production has been successfully delivered.

5. Talent introduction, training and empowerment

Talent is the primary productive force of an enterprise. The final destination of the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents. In 2021, the SunWin Electronic recruitment team will introduce 72 college graduates from major universities in Wuhan.
